I am a daughter and servant of God, a wife, and a mother of three, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Welcome to Selah Mama—a place to pause, breathe, and remember the goodness of God.

Selah Mama was born from my own journey of faith and transformation. There was a time when I thought life was simply about being happy—surrounded by friends, relationships, and the things of this world. I was searching for fulfillment in places that could never truly satisfy me. I was living without understanding the purpose for which God created me.

But God, in His mercy and grace, intervened.

He met me in a place where I least expected Him, rescued me from a life without purpose, and led me into a deeper relationship with Him. Through that journey, I began to understand that my life is not my own—it has a purpose, and that purpose is found in Him.

Today, I share my story not because I have everything figured out, but because I know what it means to be changed by God's grace.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)

This verse beautifully reflects my testimony. In Christ, I am not who I used to be. God has given me a new life, a new purpose, and a new identity in Him. My story is a testimony of His mercy, grace, and transforming power.

Selah Mama is a Christian lifestyle and testimony space created for Christian women, wives, mothers, and anyone who desires to grow deeper in faith while navigating everyday life.

Here, we talk about the things that matter in our everyday walk with God:

Through personal testimonies, biblical reflections, Christian encouragement, YouTube videos, and honest conversations, I share the joys, struggles, lessons, and blessings that come with following Jesus.

As a wife and mother of three, I know that faith is not lived only in quiet moments of prayer or inside a church. It is lived in our homes, our marriages, our parenting, our relationships, our choices, our struggles, and even in the ordinary moments of everyday life.

My hope is that Selah Mama becomes a place where you can slow down and remember that God is present in all of it.

Why “Selah Mama”?

The word Selah reminds us to pause, reflect, and consider the goodness and faithfulness of God.

And Mama represents the beautiful, sometimes messy, deeply meaningful journey of womanhood, motherhood, family, and home.
